If you have problems with the login, please read the following, you may have a cookie problem.

If you weren't admitted on your end, you're having a browser cookie issue.

First, make sure your computer's date and time are EXACTLY correct.
This is the number one reason why a browser refuses cookies, because
the date/time of the server disagrees with your home or office
computer's internal date/time. Check http://www.worldtimeserver.com/
for the exact date and time where you are and fix your computer's
clock if necessary. If you change it, restart your computer.

Always use the very NEWEST VERSION of your browser. Even if you think
you have the latest version, download the new version now anyway and
install it. If given the option, keep the auto-update feature turned
on in the browser. That is the second most common reason for trouble.

Do NOT use Internet Explorer version 6. Version 6 is totally
obsolete. Upgrade to the newest version of IE if you use IE. VERY
IMPORTANT for security on the Web.

Please use the Google Chrome browser.
Get Chrome here: http://www.google.com/chrome (We highly recommend
using Chrome, it is the fastest, safest, most advanced, and most
trouble-free browser.) There is a Mac version of Chrome, too:

If changing to the Chrome browser didn't work to let you in, next, try
a different browser. If you've tried logging in with Internet
Explorer up until now, please try logging in at the site in question
with Firefox right now. And vice versa, if you've logged in with
Firefox up until now, please try Internet Explorer 7 right now. If
you don't have the other browser, please download and install it. Get

Continue here only if the above tips on trying a different browser did not work:

Most Important: Clear your browser cache! Delete all Internet Files,
delete all cookies, enable all cookies in settings, put both Privacy
and Security sliders at their lowest levels, and then restart the
computer. Turn off any firewalls if they're blocking cookies. Log in
